The cottage has on the upper floors a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and the toilet. On the lower floor is the living room with a fold-out sofa bed. Half a stairway up is an open kitchen. There are two terraces: A small one behind the house and a larger one in front of the house with a beautiful view of Grimaud.
Equipment: Satellite TV, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, electric table grill, 205 l built-in refrigerator, box spring bed, air conditioning, washing machine in the garage (available to the tenants of the house and the studio).
